You pick the hose size and length, the fitting on each end, and the clocking. We build and crimp it on professional equipment — free. You pay only for the Good Year barrier hose (by the foot) and the fittings you choose.

Pick your hose
Choose your size — #6, #8, #10 or #12 Good Year barrier hose.
Set the length
Enter Hose to buy (feet) — billed per foot, rounded up to the next whole foot — then the Exact hose length (inches) you want the shop to cut.
Choose both ends
Pick your End A and End B fittings. Each list is pre-filtered to your hose size, so you only match the other end to your port.
Set the clocking
Choose your Clocking position (required) so the two ends point exactly where your install needs them.
Add notes & cart
Add anything the shop should know in Assembly notes (it prints on your order), then Add line set to cart.
Hose length vs. overall length
The single most common mistake is entering the finished fitting-to-fitting length in the hose field. They’re two different numbers:
Hose length
The length of the hose itself, before the fittings. It’s what you enter and what you’re billed for — rounded up to the next whole foot.
Overall length
The finished fitting-to-fitting length of the assembly. It’s longer than the hose, because the fittings add length on each end.
Replacing a line? Give us both. Measure your old hose ferrule to ferrule for the hose length, and add the overall fitting-to-fitting length in Assembly notes so we match it. If the old hose is damaged, route a piece of string along the vehicle and add a little slack.
Rounding: hose is sold by the foot and rounds up — a 27.5″ hose is billed as 3 ft. The exact inches you enter are what the shop cuts.
Clocking, in plain words
Clocking is the angle between your two end fittings — it decides which way the line bends and where each end points.
Picture End A locked at 12 o’clock and tell us where End B needs to point: straight across is 6 o’clock, and a quarter turn is 3 or 9 o’clock (90°). Getting it right means the finished line routes and clears the way your install needs.
