3

We rebuild it

4

We return it

You get back your own assembly, rebuilt on its original fittings, so it bolts straight back into your car.

Why rebuild

The fix when the part is gone

Fit

Your original metal ends

We reuse the unique metal manifold blocks that bolt into your specific engine layout — so the fit is exact.

This isn’t a shelf part you buy and bolt on. You send us (or bring us) your original suction & discharge assembly and we rebuild it, then return it. Call us first so we can confirm turnaround and pricing.
Why is it rebuild-only?
The factory assembly for these cars is discontinued. Rebuilding your original — and reusing its unique metal manifold ends — is often the only way to get the exact part your car needs.
What exactly do you do to it?
We cut away the leaking factory rubber sections and use specialized machinery to weld, braze or crimp brand-new bulk barrier hose onto your vehicle’s original metal manifold ends.
How do I get started?
Call 480-507-2229, text 480-856-7833, or email [email protected]. We’ll confirm pricing and turnaround and arrange for you to ship or bring in your assembly.
What vehicles does this cover?
The 2011–2013 Buick Regal (including the 2.0L GS and Premium) and the 2010–2011 Saab 9-5, which share this assembly. Because we rebuild your original part, it matches your exact car.
What hose do you use?
New bulk barrier hose, joined to your original metal ends by welding, brazing or crimping.
