Estimated Rebuild Cost $60 $60 per hose covers up to 1 ft of hose — pricing assumes 2 barbs, 2 crimps, and o-rings per hose. Add $5 per additional foot (inch lengths round up to the nearest foot), $15 if additional fittings, adapters, or service ports are required, and $20 if additional welds are required.

Shipping is not included. You’re responsible for shipping your hose(s) to us and for return shipping back to you. This estimate covers rebuild labor and materials only — it is not a final quote.

Pack & Ship

Box up your hose assembly and ship it to our Mesa, AZ shop.

Cut The Old Hose Out

We cut the worn hose off the fittings.

Clean & Weld New Barbs

We clean everything up and weld on two new barbs.

Add Hose & Crimp Shells

New barrier hose and crimp shells go on over the barbs.

6

Crimp It

We crimp the shells to seal the new hose to the fittings.

7

Replace Worn Hardware

Valve cores, o-rings, sealing washers, and gaskets are replaced as required.

We Ship It Back

Your rebuilt hose is boxed up and shipped back to you.
