Description
Barbed straight fitting — #6 female O-ring × #6 hose
A straight barbed A/C hose fitting with a #6 female O-ring swivel on one end and a #6 hose barb on the other. The barbed, clamp-on design pushes onto the hose and secures with a hose clamp or ferrule — no hydraulic crimper required — which makes it ideal for field repairs and quick builds. The swivel nut spins freely to line up your connection without twisting the hose.
Barbed (clamp-on) vs. beadlock (crimp). This barbed fitting secures with a hose clamp or ferrule — no hydraulic crimper needed — so it's perfect for roadside and shop repairs. If you want a permanent, OE-style crimped connection (and have a crimper), use the matching beadlock version (235-1502) instead.

The no-crimper repair fitting
No crimper needed
The barbed design clamps on with a hose clamp or ferrule — no hydraulic crimper, so you can build a hose anywhere.
#6 female O-ring swivel
The swivel nut threads onto a #6 male insert O-ring fitting and seals with an O-ring — spin it to align without twisting the hose.
#6 hose barb
The barbed end pushes onto #6 A/C hose and grips to hold pressure once clamped.
Field-repair friendly
The go-to for roadside fixes, ag/off-road repairs, and shops without a beadlock crimper.
