High-performance air regulator — 0–475 PSI from a 3000 PSI tank

A super-high-flow, dual-gauge regulator built on the proven Series 3000 platform. It drops high-pressure air (up to 3000 PSI) down to an adjustable 0–475 PSI and flows up to 45 CFM — enough to air up tires and run air tools off-grid from a scuba/SCUBA-style air cylinder, with no electricity required.

⚠ Working-pressure warning. Although the regulator adjusts from 0–475 PSI, every accessory connected to the outlet must be rated for your working pressure — up to 475 PSI maximum. Using components not designed for the pressure can cause failure and personal injury. Remember that gas expands as temperature rises. Confirm the ratings of all downstream hoses, fittings, and tools before use.

Running CO₂ instead of air? This is the high-pressure air version, with a Scuba (& Yoke) tank connection. For a liquid CO₂ tank (CGA320), see the liquid CO₂ regulator (242-1011).

Why it performs

High volume, precise control

Super high flow

Up to 45 CFM — many times the 4–5 CFM of a typical portable compressor — so it airs up big tires and runs air tools fast, with no electricity needed.

Wide adjustment

Dial in anywhere from 0 to 475 PSI to match your tool, tank, and downstream setup.

Dual chrome gauges

Monitor tank and outlet pressure at a glance with chrome-cased dual gauges.

Non-freezing & self-venting

Designed to run without freezing under normal conditions, with self-venting for safer operation.

Light aluminum body

A lightweight aluminum body with a durable black anodized finish — easy to carry and mount.

Scuba/SCBA connection

A 3000 PSI Scuba & Yoke tank connection fits common 3000 PSI Scuba high-pressure air cylinders.

Where it's used

Portable high-pressure air, anywhere

Off-road & overlanding

Air up large truck, RV, and SUV tires and run air tools on the trail — no compressor, no power.

Air tools & purging

Drive impact tools, blow-off, and line purging from a high-pressure air cylinder.

Race cars & pit

Fast, compact, high-flow air for the track where a shop compressor isn't available.

Industrial & HVAC/plumbing

High-flow regulated air for industrial gas, HVAC, and plumbing tasks.

Questions & answers

Air regulator FAQ

What is this regulator for?
It regulates high-pressure air (up to 3000 PSI) down to a usable, adjustable 0–475 PSI at high flow (up to 45 CFM) — for off-road/overlanding tire inflation, air tools, race cars, and industrial or HVAC/plumbing air.
What tank does it connect to?
A 3000 PSI high-pressure air cylinder with a scuba/SCBA DIN & Yoke connection. See the matching 80 cu ft cylinder above.
Why use this instead of a compressor?
Flow. This regulator delivers up to 45 CFM at high pressure with no electricity, while a typical portable compressor manages only about 4–5 CFM at ~150 PSI — much faster tire fills and off-grid tool use.
Can I use nitrogen or other gases?
Yes — it also suits inert gases such as nitrogen, argon, and helium. Do not use it for oxygen service.
What's the maximum pressure — and what does the warning mean?
It adjusts up to 475 PSI. Every hose, fitting, and tool downstream of the outlet must be rated for the pressure you run, up to 475 PSI. Under-rated components can fail and cause injury, so confirm all downstream ratings first.
I'm running CO₂, not air — is there a version for that?
Yes. The liquid CO₂ version (242-1011) has a CGA320 CO₂ tank connection. See the link above.
