High-performance liquid CO₂ regulator — 0–475 PSI, 45 CFM

A super-high-flow, dual-gauge CO₂ regulator built on the proven Series 3000 platform. Adjustable from 0 to 475 PSI and flowing up to 45 CFM, it delivers big volume from a liquid CO₂ tank — for airing up tires, on-board air and race cars, running air tools, industrial and inert gases, and HVAC/plumbing work, all with no electricity required.

⚠ Working-pressure warning. Although the regulator adjusts from 0–475 PSI, every accessory connected to the outlet must be rated for your working pressure — up to 475 PSI maximum. Using components not designed for the pressure can cause failure and personal injury. Remember that gas expands as temperature rises. Confirm the ratings of all downstream hoses, fittings, and tools before use.

Why it performs

High volume, precise control

Super high flow

Up to 45 CFM — far beyond a typical portable compressor’s 4–5 CFM — so you air up big tires and run air tools fast.

Wide adjustment

Dial in anywhere from 0 to 475 PSI to match your tool, tank, and downstream setup.

Dual chrome gauges

Monitor tank and outlet pressure at a glance with chrome-cased dual gauges.

Non-freezing & self-venting

Designed to run without freezing under normal conditions, with self-venting for safer operation.

Light aluminum body

A lightweight aluminum body with a durable black anodized finish — easy to carry and mount.

CGA320 brass connection

Standard CGA320 CO₂ tank connection in brass, with a soft seal washer included.

Where it’s used

Built for high-pressure CO₂ jobs

Off-road, overlanding & race cars

Air up large truck, RV, and SUV tires and run air tools on the trail or at the track — no electricity required.

Air tools & purging

Drive impact tools, blow-off, and line purging from a CO₂ tank where a compressor isn’t practical.

Industrial & welding

High-flow delivery for industrial gas, plus MIG/TIG and inert-gas specialty tasks.

HVAC & plumbing

A dependable regulated source for HVAC condensate-line clearing and plumbing pipe purging.

Questions & answers

CO₂ regulator FAQ

What is this regulator for?
It regulates CO₂ down to a usable, adjustable 0–475 PSI at high flow (up to 45 CFM) — for airing up tires (off-road / overlanding), on-board air and race cars, running air tools, industrial and inert gases, and HVAC/plumbing.
Why use CO₂ instead of a compressor?
Flow. This regulator delivers up to 45 CFM at high pressure with no electricity — a typical portable compressor manages only about 4–5 CFM at ~150 PSI. That means much faster tire fills and the ability to run air tools off-grid.
Can I use it with nitrogen or other gases?
Yes — it also suits inert gases such as nitrogen, argon, and helium. Do not use it for oxygen service.
What’s the maximum pressure — and what does the warning mean?
It adjusts up to 475 PSI. Every hose, fitting, and tool downstream of the outlet must be rated for the pressure you run, up to 475 PSI. Under-rated components can fail and cause injury, so confirm all downstream ratings first.
What tank connection does it use?
A standard CGA320 brass CO₂ tank connection, with a soft seal washer included.
Does it freeze up?
It’s designed to be non-freezing under normal conditions and is self-venting for safer operation.
I’m running compressed air, not CO₂ — is there a version for that?
Yes. The air-source version (242-1012) regulates 0–475 PSI from a high-pressure (3000 PSI) air supply. See the link above.
